The Founder’s Statement

After I passed the “Senior Professional and Technical Examinations for Patent Agents,” which was held for the first time at national level, I founded Darwin IP Co. Guided by a deep sense of honor and learning from the accumulated IP related experiences since 1990, I saw that to gain the long term trust and respect of the clients, we needed to maintain the quality of service and the high standards of staff.

Placing a strong emphasis on quality specializing, optimized efficiency and customized service is the key to pursuing further success for our firm.

To ensure quality cases, we endeavor to interact with all interested parties in a friendly and sincere manner. To ensure the high standards of practices such as application filing and administrative relief, our staff is required to be proactive and positive in creating deep communication with clients about technical content. In the communication process, we also need to stand in the competitors’ shoes and envisage how they might decode, so as to develop corresponding strategies. We do our best to guarantee complete protection for clients, as well as to give them reasonable indemnification and the utmost commercial value.

Our people are of highly proficient. We value the development of professional skills and on the job training. We provide our staff not only with regular internal training, but also conduct irregular external training seminars. At the same time, training classes on international intellectual property rights are increasingly given.

To cultivate dedicated attitude, we ask our staff to be strict and careful to maintain high quality, and to have well controlled and managed procedures. The firm’s name, ‘Darwin’, is to commemorate Charles Darwin the great scientist. We hope to provide you a key that leads to commercialization through our excellent team’s dedication.
